Educational Intelligence Services

Do our students receive their assignments back as quickly as we promise?

How broad is the take-up of online marking?

Do we publish Subject Outlines in time for students to prepare for their subjects?

What is the student usage of educational technologies?

These are the types of questions that we aim to answer through our Educational Intelligence reports and services.

We integrate data from a variety of sources - such as Interact2, Banner, CASIMS, MSI and other systems - to provide regular insite on CSU's responsiveness to students, progress against targets and standards and our usage of educational technologies.

Educational Intelligence Services are delivered by the Adaptive Learning and Teaching Services team.  We aim to support Faculties and other stakeholders in reliable evidence-based decision-making and seek to work in partnership with the Faculties to provide the data needed to enhance learning and teaching at CSU. We can also assist in the interpretation of learning and teaching data.

Any enquiries about our Educational Intelligence Services should be directed to Ian Holder, Adaptive Learning and Teaching Analyst, ALTS.
