Online Meeting is a live, virtual classroom platform. This ‘virtual classroom’ environment allows for live meetings utilising text, audio, video and content sharing. At CSU we are currently using Zoom and Adobe Connect to connect online.
Zoom provides access to online video and audio conferencing from any location with an active internet connection.
To learn more about accessing Zoom in your subject site visit Zoom Video Conferencing.
To learn more about accessing Adobe Connect at CSU view the resources below.
24 hours before you attend a CSU online Meeting, you will need to check your connection status.
If you're still experiencing issues with connecting to or using Online Meeting, contact Student Central.
Access to Online Meetings will be via a link provided in your Interact2 subject site or an email invite that contains the URL for the Online Meeting room.
Enter the Online meeting as a guest.
Each time you enter the Online Meeting room check your audio using the Audio Setup Wizard.
This is accessed in the Meeting tab.
Please note that your host may record the session and provide a recording link so attendees and others not present can review.
Contact Student Central during their support hours to report a technical issue with Online Meetings. Once you have contacted a staff member at CSU, it may take up to 1 hour to get a response for issues affecting availability. Please allow 2 business days for the resolution of major incidents affecting the availability of Online Meetings.
