EDRS has been designed to meet the needs of employee’s current and future professional needs, and is aligned to meet the objectives of Charles Sturt's strategic direction, values and behaviours.

The intent of EDRS is to encourage meaningful conversations between the employee and their manager to ensure employees are equipped to perform their role effectively.
