Change Leaders Workshop

Overview: This workshop enables managers to proactively lead the people side of change with their teams. Leaders will gain exposure to out Change Framework, the ADKAR model, learn about their role in leading change and understand the impact that change has at an individual level. Defence Trade Controls Act (ELMO Module)

This module has been designed to provide you with an understanding of the Defence Trade Control Act (DTCA) 2012.

The DTCA was enacted by the Commonwealth to regulate dealings in certain goods and technologies, including those that may be dealt with by Charles Sturt University. The University has a statutory obligation to ensure compliance with the DTCA and has developed this module to advise researchers of their responsibilities under the Act.
