Leadership development for women (LDW)
Charles Sturt University is committed to supporting and encouraging women to develop their leadership capabilities, networks and to strive for aspirational career goals. Through the University's Leadership Development for Women Program, Leadership Development for Women Committee and the Workplace Gender Equity Strategy support, guidance and opportunity is provided for women to improve their career status and have access to more avenues to build and leverage their skills, knowledge and experience.
The LDW program aims to elevate the position of women at Charles Sturt and to help build skills, knowledge, networks and capability.

Mentoring is provided to members of the LDW Program, who are guided and supported to reach their goals and increase their capabilities. The LDW Committee and program are committed to finding mentors for program participants and aspiring women leaders.
