If you believe you've completed your training but modules are still appearing on the list of outstanding completions, please email elmo@csu.edu.au  with either your certificate of completion or other relevant information.

Managers can access reports to track training completion.

Staff access to ELMO

Staff can log in to ELMO using their current Charles Sturt credentials. Continuing and fixed-term staff are automatically enrolled in the compulsory courses. Casuals and visiting and adjunct staff can self-enrol or have their managers enrol them. Single sign-in has been enabled on the ELMO platform.

Staff will automatically be loaded into the ELMO platform and enrolled in any compulsory courses. Once enrolled, staff will receive an email notification from ELMO and by clicking on the link in the email, staff will be able to access the training modules.

Student access to ELMO

Students are unable to access ELMO, Interact 2 is used for Student teaching and learning. If you require student access to compliance training the Division of Learning and Teaching can assist with the design and set up of the module.

You will need to liaise with the Division of Student Services IT Team Jeffrey Roffe or Ian McDermott , Division of Student Services Systems.

ELMO is a staff  platform and cannot be accessed by students. Small cohorts (< 20) of students may be given access to ELMO modules such as Lab safety, in extenuating circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.
