The Student Communications Unit centralises student contact and communications at Charles Sturt. The Unit includes one point of contact for all current student enquiries, and helps to ensure Student Communications are strategic, coordinated and delivered in one voice.
The Unit is responsible for mapping communications throughout the year to ensure students engage with the university’s messaging. Our communications have a tone of voice that is appealing to students and resonate in emails, social media and in personal support.

Student Central is the first point of contact for students at Charles Sturt University. Our aim is to assist students to navigate their way through university life from admission to graduation and beyond. If students have a question, we can find the answer and guide them to the appropriate information, services and support.
