The purpose of CSCS Occupational Coaching system is to provide a formal process to identify staff development needs and foster staff development.
CSCS management will conduct a minimum of one employee interview annually interviews will be conducted by the Area Manager or a nominated representative.
Prior to each interview the Area Manager or a nominated representative will coordinate an agreed time and date. Interviews will be conducted in a private location.
Three weeks prior to each interview the Area Manager or a nominated representative will issue the interviewee a CSCS Occupational Coaching pack, the expectation is that the "Self Evaluation" section of the Occupational Coaching pack will be completed and that the Occupational Coaching pack will returned to the interviewer seven days prior to the interview date.
Three days prior to each interview the Area Manager or a nominated representative will have completed the Performance Summary section of the Occupational Coaching pack.
