Charles Sturt Campus Services (CSCS) is committed to safety in the workplace for all employees, contractors and visitors in accordance with work, health and safety legislation and all associated standards and codes of practice.
Staff are responsible for reporting all incidents in the workplace to their Supervisor to ensure that these events can be investigated and where required, action taken to prevent recurrence and reduce risk.
An incident (including a near miss) is an event that results in, or may result in injury, illness, damage or loss.
