In todays changing world, strategy is critical to organisational success. Business Strategy is a capstone subject examining theories and practices of strategic business management. It provides practical insight for approaching strategic issues by evaluating organisations' existing strategies and performance to create innovative strategies. The subject critically views a variety of perspectives of strategic management contexts and processes such as business intelligence, industry issues, strategic modelling and evaluating strategies. This subject is designed to enhance students knowledge and capability to develop critical thinking, analytical skills and professional practice-oriented skills in the context of strategic business management.
