The aim of Engagement Funding is to assist Graham Centre members engage with industry and key stakeholders. Engagement funding will enable members to travel and meet with industry as part of developing industry grants and strengthening partnerships. It may also be used to provide some funding towards attending events where industry engagement – rather than research presentation – is the focus.
Applications open 2 January
Applications are accepted throughout the year, however travel must be completed by 30 November of the funding year.
Please allow a minimum of eight weeks for consideration of your application.
Members must provide a detailed description of costs for the proposed engagement activity. Each application will be assessed by the relevant Research Pathway Leader and the Centre Director.
Members may only apply for Engagement Funding once in each calendar year.
Please note that unspent funds will not be carried forward into the next year. All expenditure must be finalised prior to 30 November of the funding year.
Successful applicants are required to submit a report to the Graham Centre within 30 days of completion of the engagement activity using the Report Form.

To be eligible to receive Engagement Funding, you must be a Full or Associate Member as at 1 January of the year you apply for funding. The Centre’s membership policy can be viewed here.
