Before you begin

The Graham Centre is proud to support our researchers through the Member Support Grants. So we can continue to offer funding to the range of projects, we appreciate your feedback on the successes gained through your access to this funding, and any feedback on any issues with your project, or on how we can improve. A couple of notes before you start:

  • You are required to submit a separate Report Form for each Category under which you received funding.
  • You will require your reconciled Budget Form related to that Category's funding to submit this form.

Please submit this form before 10 January.

NOTE: You will receive a copy of your answers when the form is submitted.
