Description:
ONLINE SELF SERVICE to DIT Service Desk, LANDesk Console and Web Desk: As part of CSU’s transition to the Cherwell Service Management platform the LANDesk system will not be available from 6PM Friday 10th November 2017 through to 8AM Monday 13th November.

All Active LANDesk Incidents and Problems will be migrated to the Cherwell platform during this outage.

However, please be aware that a new Cherwell ID will be issued.

This will affect all LANDesk users via the Console, Web Desk or Self Service users. DIT apologises for any inconvenience that this disruption may cause.
