EPT320 High Level Facilitation Skills for Post Compulsory Education (8)

This subject introduces the concepts of learning through facilitation. It introduces the learners to ways of observing, reflecting upon and analysing learning in various workplace contexts. This subject is a practicum subject but with a difference: the objective of the practicum is to investigate learning environments characterised by high performance facilitation and to use the ideas collected through observation, interview and other investigative techniques to reflect on ways in which you could improve on your own practice as a facilitator of learning.
