This subject develops leadership skills for health and aged care practitioners, in particular addressing complex care issues and organisational change. Students will apply models of advanced interdisciplinary practice and leadership strategies to examine complex practice issues, critique existing practices and develop change management plans. As part of developing change management strategies, students will be required to reflect on their own personal values, skills and experience as agents of change.
