The purpose of this subject is to develop awareness of and the skills applicable to managing people from a cross-cultural perspective. The subject draws on and examines relevant aspects of the Human Resource Management, Management, and International Business disciplines at the personal and organisational level. Key areas include communication, leadership and motivation, culture, negotiation, decision making, global alliances, emerging economies, applied ethics and social responsibility.
