This subject recognises that participants have undertaken different pathways through the course that focus on their own learning needs and context. It comprises three interconnected elements that support participants to:
* integrate and synthesise their learning in the course as a whole,
* demonstrate the course learning outcomes and requirements for Higher Education Academy (HEA) Fellow
* gain skills to continue their professional development and learning in the workplace and take on educational leadership roles.
