This micro subject is designed for those aspiring toward intelligence leadership roles, or further formal training in the leadership of intelligence units. The subject introduces some of the contemporary issues and practices in intelligence leadership. It provides instruction on developing leadership skills. The subject uses reflective based learning techniques as the conduit to better understand effective leadership practices relevant to the intelligence field.
