This subject develops students capabilities in conceptualising communication campaigns through exploring the strategic and tactics aspects of campaigns, the theories underpinning campaign development, delivery and evaluation. Students learn to apply strategic planning models in designing integrated strategic communication campaigns involving a range of multimedia and multimodal communication activities. Students investigate contemporary thinking about strategy, the role of research, stakeholder engagement, issues management, consultation and collaboration in developing communication strategies.
