Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
  • be able to critically evaluate differences in issues and crisis management within contemporary public relations practice;
  • be able to apply theories of issues and crisis communciation to contemporary organisational practice; and
  • be able to analyse the impact of digital media on organisational issues and crises and the consequences for communication management.
