Abstract

This subject introduces the concept and underlying principles of alliance management. The aspects of interorganisational governance that is a feature of alliances is explored. This is followed by an examination of the decision criteria that should be used to evaluate the viability of an alliance. Finally, the subject covers the essential features of tendering as an alliance.
