This subject is designed to provide a firm foundation for developing skills in scientific communication. Students will learn academic, information, and digital literacy skills as well as numeracy skills relevant to their discipline of study. The subject will also introduce students to critical analysis of the scientific literature and the scientific method. This subject will also raise awareness in students to professional and ethical issues relating to health and medical sciences.
