This subject will explore the current National Guidelines for the diagnosis, assessment, management and care of people with Asthma, focusing on priority population groups and the tailoring of health practice and education to the needs of the individual. The subject also explores and reviews the scientific literature that governs clinical practice in this field. Assessment includes case-based exploration of the content, reflection and a literature review focusing on an area of interest for the student.
