THL493 Christian Ethics (8)

This subject is designed to help students connect elements of ethical discourse and a range of contemporary social / political concerns. Its intention is to demonstrate that the reflective nature of a Christian ethic and its practice in the contemporary context is not confined to personal moral issues, but encompasses a range of social and political matters. The subject also seeks to explore how some moral issues present in the wider public forum, often in an apparently purely secular fashion, can be informed through Christian ethics.
