This subject develops student understanding of external communication strategies. Students examine common forms of corporate public communication including websites, social media, press releases, and media announcements with a view to developing basic skills in each of these areas and executing external communication strategies to support wider strategic objectives. This subject is designed with adaptable delivery models, which may include combinations of condensed online sessions and one-off workshops.
