This subject helps students prepare for industry certification in the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT® 5) framework, which defines a set of generic processes for the governance of enterprise IT (GEIT). All components of COBIT® 5 will be examined along with its relationship with other popular frameworks and ISO/IEC standards. Students will explore the application of GEIT practices relevant to IT practitioners to allow them to develop the skills needed to evaluate and implement IT Governance measures across a variety of organisational types.
