MGM505 Strategic Management (2)

The subject introduces the strategic planning function within an organisation. This includes consideration of an organisation's internal resources as well as the external factors which impact upon strategic decision making. The formulation, implementation and selection of strategic alternatives which mesh with these factors is also examined. This subject may include some face to face workshops and activities depending on the student cohort.
