Recruit CSU students for your casual employment needs
Are you looking for a student administrator to fill a short-term vacancy? A casual employee to assist with events or help with your social media strategy?
CSU’s Earn As You Learn (EAYL) program can help. It’s free and connects job-ready Bathurst, Port Macquarie and Wagga students with local employers who have casual or part-time job vacancies. Support CSU students to earn as they learn and help them kick-start their career.
Successfully piloted at the Bathurst Campus in 2018, the program is now available to on campus students in Bathurst, Port Macquarie and Wagga Wagga. We have worked with a large number of internal CSU employers (as well as external employers) to effectively secure suitable students for administrative through to hospitality vacancies.
“I have found the Earn As You Learn service an efficient and effective way of sourcing job ready casual staff to meet my needs. The friendly team provided me with potential candidates the same day that I lodged my request and I was able to secure two great people within a few days. I would highly recommend this service to others that have suitable casual work”. - Deb Bardon, Executive Officer, DVC (Students)
EAYL registered students attend intensive employability workshops, being held throughout the year.
Local employers can log casual or part-time job vacancies through the program and have the opportunity to connect with registered students at a networking event. Meet your future employee!
Contribute to the successful future of our campuses!
