Carl works closely with the central Academic Integrity Officers and Faculty-based Appointed Officers to support consistent and fair decision-making relating to student academic integrity matters across the University. He analyses academic integrity trends internally and across the sector, and identifies solutions to areas of concern. He is responsible for preparing the annual Academic Integrity Report to Council.

Carl has over a decade's experience in the higher education sector, and has worked in academic integrity since late 2015. He believes in an educative approach to academic integrity, and the importance of respectful relationships and collaboration with colleagues to achieve best possible outcomes.
