David is an Academic Integrity Officer in the Academic Integrity Unit, Office of Academic Quality, Standards and Integrity, at Charles Sturt University. He promotes and upholds academic integrity across the institution by supporting the understanding of integrity principles, educating staff and students on ethical issues, and investigating potential breaches to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.

With over ten years of experience in academic skills development, David has a strong background in supporting students’ academic success, fostering academic literacy, and contributing to initiatives that improve retention and learning quality. Before joining Charles Sturt, he worked in business and holds a law degree, bringing a depth of expertise in policy interpretation and compliance.

David is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Intelligence and Investigations, further strengthening his skills in investigative practice and ethical decision-making in the tertiary sector.
