Bec brings almost 20 years of services at Charles Sturt University, with expertise in course and subject accreditation, academic governance, and operational leadership. Bec is passionate about collaborating across Faculties and Divisions to resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and enhance the Course Design, Accreditation and Publishing (CDAP) system to meet the University's evolving regulatory, governance, and business needs.

During her 10 years in the Faculty of Science and Health, including her roles as Manager, Course and Subject Administration Teams, Bec worked closely with Faculty Leadership and the Office of Academic Quality, Standards and Integrity to support course and subject accreditation. She has developed strong expertise in policy interpretation and implementation, leading accreditation processes across the University while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
