Can I still use the library? chevron_right
You may have finished your formal education with us, but as long as you are registered with our Alumni Office, you can still access the learning commons, borrow from your local campus collection, access journal databases and use the print, copy and scan facilities.
You can also access EBSCO database collections anywhere, anytime.

How do I get a copy of my academic transcript? chevron_right
Your official academic transcript includes enrolment details, units, results, credit points, course completion and/or conferral of award details, as well as all fails and withdrawals.
It comes in handy when applying for jobs and you’ll want to keep a copy on file. You can make a request for your academic transcript via the CSU Online Shop where you will be required to register for a webshop account.
Please note that your transcript request will not be processed if you have any outstanding fees.

Can I get a discount on further study? chevron_right
At Charles Sturt we value lifelong learning and offer all alumni a 10% discount on fee paying postgraduate courses. This is an automatic discount. All you need to do is enrol and start studying.

How do I organise a reunion? chevron_right
When you find yourself reminiscing about your Charles Sturt years, you know it’s time to organise a reunion!
Our team is here to help guide you through the process to make sure your event is a success. You select the date and theme for your reunion, pull together an organising committee and choose who’ll be on the guest list.
We then help you locate your fellow graduates, talk you through how to access University venues, advise on marketing, design and send email invitations, and promote on our alumni social media platforms. We can even provide Alumni gift bags and share your photos post event, so those who were unable to attend can share the occasion.

Dr Kristy Campion
SPECIALTY TOPICS: Terrorism studies, Contemporary terrorism, History of terrorism, Right wing and left wing extremism and terrorism
A prominent Australian authority on terrorism and extremism, Associate Professor in Terrorism Studies with the Australian Graduate School of Policing Kirsty Campion specialises in the history, evolution and contemporary dynamics of political violence.
Her research offers some of the nation’s most detailed insights into right‑wing extremism, including organisational structures, ideological narratives, recruitment pathways and transnational links.
She also leads funded projects on emerging threats such as youth radicalisation, extremist firearm use and shifting ideological patterns. With deep expertise grounded in historical analysis, she advises government, industry and specialist audiences, and teaches in terrorism and security studies.
A regular media commentator, she provides clear, evidence‑based context on extremist movements and evolving security risks.
