Writing Assessment tasks in alignment to outcomes and marking criteria
This workshop will assist you with writing assessment tasks that align to subject learning outcomes. We will consider the subject in the context of the course and what level of thinking is required for students to complete assessment of the subject. Using this framework we will develop assessments using a template with a worked example and then follow up with review questions. There will be opportunities for Q&A during the session. The session will be useful for staff developing subjects and reviewing alignment in already existing subjects.
