Adam Beaumont is an experienced regulatory advisor, strategist and practitioner with over 20 years of experience in community engagement, advocacy, behaviour change, regulatory practice, governance, and natural resource management. He’s held senior roles with the Victorian Environment Protection Authority (EPA), global not for profit the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) most recently as the Asia Pacific Director, he sits on the regulatory advisory panel for Victoria’s Conservation Regulator and the Ministerial Change Management Panel for the South Australian Education Standards Board. He is the former chair and current committee member of the National Regulators Community of Practice hosted by the Australia New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), a fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Victoria (IPAA) and graduate of the AsiaLink Business Leadership Program. A trained Forest Scientist with a Masters in Environmental Law, post-graduate qualification in Investigations, Compliance and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Adam has worked in the private sector, state government, with independent and departmental regulators, national and global not-for-profit organisations and with major brands and retailers.
