With over a decade of experience in fields of economics, workplace training, and leadership and management, some of Caroline's career highlights include work as a manager for a not-for-profit training organisation, and for the Western Australian Department of Primary Industries. It was then that she gathered real insights into the difference between leadership and management and what tools she could leverage to see her team perform to its full potential.

Caroline remains abreast of industry developments through directorships, such as Kimberley Community Legal Services, the largest remote community legal service in Australia, and other industry activities that contribute to community development. Her specialty and passion are online education in the field of business, leadership, and management.
