Daren joined Charles Sturt University (CSU) as a Lecturer in Policing in 2008 and currently serves as the Investigative Interviewing discipline lead at CSU’s Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security (AGSPS). Through this role, Daren continues to design and deliver Investigative Interviewing and Investigation Management short courses to federal and state law enforcement agencies across Australia and beyond.

Daren’s operational experience is supported by an academic profile that includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Policing and Police Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management, and Diplomas in Government Investigations, Government Fraud Control and Security and Risk Management.
