Gary is an accomplished international leader, with almost three decades of strategic and operational experience within police leadership and management consulting.

To compliment his coaching and mentoring, change and project management qualifications he holds a Masters in Leadership and Management and is about to commence a PhD examining human decision making, which will allow him to further develop his interest in human behavior and conversation management.

In addition to leading significant organisational change, he has been successful in business growth, where he uses skill gleaned from 20 years as a hostage, crisis and terrorist negotiator to create capacity and capability in organisations, supported by clear visioning and communication.

In addition to delivering training in conversation management, conflict management and negotiation, ethical investigative interviewing he also works as an international consultant as a futurist helping global police leaders understand what the public safety operating model may look like in 2050.

With his passion for people and helping them be the best they can, he succeeds in his mantra 'the world is how we shape it.
