Jennifer Burrows is an accomplished leader in human resources and organisational development, with over two decades of strategic and operational expertise. She holds a Master of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change from Charles Sturt University, alongside various certifications in coaching, leadership, and psychometric testing. Jennifer has led significant cultural and transformational change initiatives, including leadership coaching, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. Currently leading the People and Organisational Capability function at the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane, she is dedicated to enhancing workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion while driving continuous improvement in learning and development programs.

Her extensive experience in senior leadership roles saw her spearhead leadership development, organisational change, and performance optimisation initiatives. Jennifer’s contributions have consistently delivered impactful results, fostering positive cultural shifts and driving team success across various industries.
