Jennifer’s academic experience includes teaching Psychology and Sociology at Charles Sturt University and Central Queensland University, and her clinical experience includes in drug and alcohol counselling for clients with complex social and mental health needs. She has also worked in the Australian Public Service supporting people from disadvantaged communities, including at-risk youth and newly arrived refugees. Jennifer is currently engaged in PhD research to identify how psychologists and other professionals can best support people who become aware during adulthood that they are autistic or may be on the autism spectrum.
