Kristie Northfield is a PhD Student. Her research project is to find better ways to identify young people who are in need of wellbeing support.

Career experience - International Logistics sector:

• Broad experience over the last 14 years across a range of roles within the logistics sector.
• Kristie worked to customise solutions for clients to meet core needs, with out of the box ideas to improve cost efficiencies, and reduce end to end transit times.
• Building relationships with customers and service providers to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Understanding service providers capacities, strengths and range of services, to be best placed to offer advice and guide clients tailored supply chain decisions.
