Naureen has over 18 years of extensive Business Management, Innovation, Transformation and Portfolio Management experience in a consulting and enterprise environment. During this time, she has been involved in innovation advisory, multiple innovative product development, major implementation, upgrades, and large-scale complex transformations from evaluating tools and technology, and mapping processes through to delivery and BAU. She has led several initiatives from scratch and partnered with the business and technology departments of large enterprises and consulting firms to solve complex problems.

A thought technology leader, with a keen interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Privacy and Security, Natural Language Processing, and Omnichannel communication including the use of ChatBots as her Doctoral Research major; Naureen has a great degree of flexibility and people skills to coach them to succeed with the engagement by using some of these key principles such as customer business outcome, shared delivery responsibility, and self-organizing teams.
