If you can't attend a future graduation ceremony, here are some ways you can celebrate from home.
Charlies Store and Charles Sturt Winery have created special Graduation Packs for those who are celebrating from home.
You can either select one of our pre-made packs, or you can create your own packs of Charles Sturt merchandise including our graduation bears (with matching faculty hood), pens, socks, cups and hoodies.
Or you may just want to celebrate with your favourite drop from Charles Sturt wineries.
All graduates who attend a ceremony are provided with academic regalia on the day of their ceremony. There is no need to specially purchase or hire your academic regalia unless it’s for your own use outside of your graduation ceremony.

If you are graduating soon, you need to do is make sure your contact details are up-to-date before your final session.
We need this information so that we can:
Your graduation certificate is called a testamur. Once your award has been conferred (this means you have officially graduated), we will post your testamur to you in the mail.
Testamurs are now being sent to domestic students via Registered Post. This means you will need to sign for your testamur when it's delivered to you. If you're not available to sign for it, you will need to pick it up at the post office. It may take 1-3 weeks for your testamur to arrive. If documents are returned to Charles Sturt you may be charged a fee for us to resend them to you.
We will post to the mailing address on your student record.

Within the week of your final grades being published, we will release a completed transcript via My eQuals. You can use this for employment or further study.
Next, once your award has been conferred, you'll receive digital copies of your testamur and AHEGS through My eQuals in addition to your printed testamur being posted to you.
If you plan on moving house shortly after you complete your study, please update your mailing address before the end of session to a more reliable postal address (perhaps a friend or your parents address), so that you will definitely receive your testamur.
If your grades are late as a result of COVID-19 (say, if you have to complete practicals and workplace learning at a later date), we will graduate you as soon as you have completed all of the requirements of your course. To help graduate students as soon as possible, we are conducting monthly conferrals, so there will be an opportunity to graduate on a monthly basis.
