Your student systems

Studying comes with a few different online platforms, each with a clear purpose. Once you know what they’re for, studying becomes much easier.

This page is your quick guide to the key systems you’ll use throughout your degree. You'll learn where to find your subjects, how to manage your enrolment, and where to access the everyday info that keeps you on track.

Think about it like this...

You're here right now. The Current Students website is your go-to for general info and how-tos.

Here's where you'll find:

  • Key student information
  • Support services to help you succeed
  • Policies and step-by-step guides.

It gives you the big picture but isn’t personalised like your Student Portal. The site is public, so you can Google it and jump straight to the page you need. You don’t need to log in.

Your personalised dashboard brings together everything related to your enrolment, with direct access to support services. It’s also your starting point for onboarding and orientation.

Use the student portal to:

  • check your calendar and timetable
  • view your results
  • manage your fees
  • quickly access forms and submit a request
  • chat live with our support team
  • and much more...

Other systems you might come across

Alongside the main platforms you’ll rely on each week, there are a few additional systems that come into play at different points in your studies. These support things like placements, exams, communication, and access to campus facilities.

You won’t use them every day, but it helps to know what they are. You can return to this page anytime to quickly find and access these systems whenever you need them.

  • Subject outline: the official guide for your subject. It covers weekly topics, assessments and what’s expected of you.
  • Credit Pathway Manager (CPM): If you’ve already studied at uni or TAFE, or gained skills and knowledge through work or life experience – you may be eligible for credit (also known as advanced standing).
  • Graduation Planning System (GPS): You can plan out your course subject-by-subject, session-by-session and have that plan approved by your Course Director.
  • Special consideration: Submit requests if illness or unexpected circumstances affect your study.
  • Subject Availability System (SAL+): Look up when and where subjects are offered so you can plan ahead.
  • Timetabling (Allocate +): Choose and manage your class times once your subjects are open for allocation.
  • Exams Management System (EMS): See your exam timetable, locations and important exam information.
  • My eQuals: Access your official digital transcripts and graduation documents.
  • Inplace: If Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is part of your course, this is where you’ll manage it.
