Your Bathurst SRC Representatives 2022/2023

General Representative elected in 2021

Bachelor of Education (K-12)

I am a Bathurst local, mother of two, studying a Bachelor of Education. As a mature-age student, I understand the day-to-day struggles of juggling work, home life, and university studies especially in this crazy world we are living in right now. I am always happy to listen, to be your voice and speak up, and not afraid to ask tough questions, find answers and take action. I want to represent all students no matter their background or where they are in their university journey to make life at Charles Sturt University the best it can be.

Bachelor of Communication (Journalism).

I wish to be a part of the SRC to create initiatives that represent the student voice to ensure that everyone's views are acted upon as much as possible. I love our campus and I hope to help share Bathurst student's views to see change occur which is wanted by students. I also would like to be able to join a group which focuses on creating change for students by students to ensure that everyone can get the most out of their university life.

Bachelor of Nursing

As an international student I would like to represent foreign students. I would like to develop more social aspects to help international students and students from outside of Bathurst to blend into local community and feel more welcome, that way students might choose to stay in Bathurst area after graduation. Secondly I would like to develop relationships between University and future employers to help students find work and experience easier during the study and after graduation.

Bachelor of Nursing

I have always been passionate about leading and making a change in people's lives, hence, me taking the Bachelor of Nursing degree; and I wanted to apply my passion and skills while still being in the university. I have some ideas as well as to how we can improve engagement in university events.

Charles Sturt University Pathway Course

I want to represent a voice that often isn't heard, making sure that people are not overlooked, especially when they have fantastic ideas. Being on the SRC would help me bring forward ideas from students that might be too scared to say anything. I love being apart of team, and helping people where a hand is needed.
