The Academic Development team offers leadership in the strategic areas that focus on quality teaching in courses and subjects to provide quality learning experiences for all students. It provides leadership in a range of programs that provide a clearly defined pathway for academic careers.

The team works with individuals, discipline teams, schools, or other small groups, as consultants or to develop workshops and resources to meet your needs. We create communities of practice to encourage collaborative teaching and reflection on teaching. We offer opportunities for formal qualifications in university teaching, and support during probation and induction.
