NOTE: All student inquiries and help requests about learning technologies should be directed to Student Central.

For Staff

A variety of help resources are available for Interact2.  These resources can usually resolve the common questions or problems you are likely to encounter.

For inquiries or help requests relating to Grade Centre in Interact2, you should contact your School's Grade Centre Champion in the first instance.

Any other inquiries or requests relating to learning technologies should be made via the DLT Service Request System. It is also accessible via the icon on CSU computers or at

This will ensure that your request is logged and assigned to the best person to provide a timely and effective response.

DLT also provides an ongoing program of professional learning events, many of which address learning technologies.
