Under the leadership of Professor Julian Grant, the Institute’s diverse core team of researchers and scientists with backgrounds ranging from medicinal chemistry, infectious diseases and immunology to epidemiology, mental health and addictions, health service delivery and health disparity will undertake research activities with local, national and international implications and significance. The Institute will work collaboratively with researchers, health professionals, industry and policymakers to address key challenges and build rural health research capacity.
