Sustainability Projects Grant

Do you have an engaging sustainability project idea? Would you like to assist in improving Charles Sturt's sustainability performance to further our commitment toward sustainability? Sustainability Project Grants offer students and staff from all faculties, divisions and areas of study a great way to turn a sustainability idea into reality.

Grants are available annually for project ideas up to $10,000.

The 2024 Sustainability Project Grants will open on the 3rd of July and close on November the 10th.

Sustainability Research Seed Grant

Are you a Charles Sturt University research staff member who would like to bring sustainability to the forefront of your research practice? Research Seed Grant funding is an opportunity for all university research staff to undertake sustainability-related projects across any discipline, to further the university's commitments toward sustainability.

Funding pool of $40,000 with a maximum of $10,000 per project.

The 2024 Research Seed Grants will open on the 3rd of July and close on November the 10th.

Grassroots Grant

Would you like to implement a small sustainability initiative on campus and help make a big impact towards Charles Sturt University's sustainability goals? The Grassroots Grants can help staff and students kick start a sustainability idea. Grassroots Grants are accepted year-round – apply today.

Each grant is capped at a maximum value of $1,000.

Grassroots Grant applications are accepted year-round from staff and students.
