There are lots of ways to mark your graduation day. Capture the day with professional photography, post a selfie and take home a graduation bear.

Degree presentation photographs

All graduates are photographed as they cross the stage on their graduation day. Each photograph includes the Charles Sturt crest and year of graduation.

Free digital stage photo

Within 3 business days after your graduation ceremony, you will be able to download a free copy of your digital stage photo.

  • Go to GFP Graduations, select
  • ‘Charles Sturt University’ then
  • ‘already graduated’,
  • ‘find your stage photo’ , select your graduation date and time from the dropdown menu.
  • ‘View your photo’ and then scroll to find your photo.

At the checkout, you will need to enter your student ID number to download your photo for free.

Graduation photography session

Celebrate your graduation with a professional studio sitting shared with your family and friends on the day of your ceremony. Leave it to GFP to capture your best side! All images are uploaded to a private web gallery to view and purchase.

Bookings will be available prior to ceremonies or on the day.

Can't make it to your ceremony? Contact GFP direct to enquire about In Studio sessions that may be available at their metro locations. In Studio sessions provide a professional graduation photo in full Charles Sturt University Academic Regalia.

Degree framing

GFP offer a range of professional frames and embossed mats, for immediate framing of your Degree after the ceremony. Visit the framing station on Graduation Day to select the style that suits you.

Personal photography and video can be taken from your seat on the day. We ask that you turn off your flash and don't stand in the front-of-stage area that is reserved for professional photography and video streaming.

Charles Sturt hires a professional photography company, GFP, for all graduation ceremonies. No other professional photographers are allowed into the ceremony. However, you may use your own professional photographer for photography outside before or after the ceremony.

Charles Sturt hires a professional photography company, GFP, to take photos on the day. They will have all photographs ready to collect after the ceremony.

All Charles Sturt branded framing available from our professional photography company, GFP, is available on the day. If you want an engraved frame or an engraved copy of your testamur this will need to be ordered via the Charles Sturt Online Shop.
