When things go wrong

Sometimes life doesn't go to plan and this can have an impact of your study. We have the following information to help support you.

Complaints and appeals

Your rights and responsibilities as an international student are governed by the Educational Services for Overseas Students Act (ESOS).

Academic Progress Notices

At the end of each session your academic progress will be reviewed when grades are released. If you have not met the criteria for satisfactory academic progress, you will receive written notification and may need to take further action.

International student release

To transfer to another education provider before or during the first six months of your principal course will require a special application to request release from Charles Sturt University.
